How to Practice Gratitude

Showing gratitude is important. Every morning I write down 3 things I'm grateful for, I think it helps keep me focused and appreciative no matter how crazy the day is.  I found this and thought is was a fun idea to ask your kids either as a journal prompt if they keep one, just a list of questions to ask them to see how they respond or an activity for the next several days to have them draw their answer.  And truthfully, reading through these, we as adults could benefit by reflecting on these things too.
