This Banana Bread Protein Overnight Oats is a go-to for quick mornings. I love preparing this in batches so I can portion it out into multiple jars & grab it and go In the morning. It's packed with protein, easy to prepare, and delicious! You can make these for 3-4 days at a time to ensure you stay on track with your goals!

Recipe:

1/2 mashed banana (2oz)

1/2 c old fashioned oats

1/2 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop 1st Phorm Level 1 Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder

1t. vanilla extract

2t walnut pieces

pinch of salt

2t walden farms syrup



Instructions:

-Add all ingredients into a small mixing bowl

-Stir to combine well

-Spoon mixture in a jar or bowl and seal/cover and place in the fridge overnight

-Enjoy hot or cold in the morning!
