Island Breeze Smoothie


Life has been busy so I have been living off smoothies for lunch!  Here have been a couple of my favorites!  I tend to get hooked on 2-3 kinds at a time until I burn out then I switch it up.  Smoothies are a great balanced meal.  These smoothies are "real" smoothies as I call it- they have protein, carbs and fats and not loaded with carbs and added sugars like a lot of smoothie spots you'll see. Some of these "health" smoothies on the market have worse macros than a freaking Big Mac!!  I'm not kidding!!!  Stay alert out there...it's real in the smoothie streets :)

INGREDIENTS:

Island Breeze Smoothie 1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 scoop 1stPhorm Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream

protein powder

Layer all ingredients in a blender from liquid to solid, then blend until

smooth and thick. Calories: 264 Fat: 8g Protein 25g Carbs: 28g Fiber: 3g Sugar: 19g
