NO BAKE PROTEIN POPPERS

If you've seen my latest youtube video of Charley and I, you know this is a recipe you're gonna want to save!




These protein poppers make for a fun and delicious way to get your protein, plus kids (and dogs lol) love to help make and eat them too! These freeze great, so feel free to make a big batch and toss them in the freezer with wax paper between the layers so they don't stick together.

Recipe:

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup 1stPhorm vanilla ice cream protein powder

1/2 cup oatmeal, dry

1/4 cup chocolate chips



Makes 20 Servings

1 popper per serving

fat: 3.5 grams

carbohydrates: 7 grams

protein: 4.5 grams
